1. Go to Hosting on your dashboard and select Manage on the session.
2. Select Enrollment Details.

Read the roster

The top of the page counts Total, Confirmed and Waitlisted players. Below it, each player shows:

• Status: enrolled or on the waitlist.
• Enrolled: when they signed up.
• Notes and RPG preferences: what they’ve told you about how they play, plus any restrictions or needs. Read these before the day.

The roster is read-only. Players cancel themselves, and the waitlist fills freed seats automatically. To move someone, ask the organizer.

Contact your players

A player’s email shows under Contact only if they agreed to be contacted when they signed up. Otherwise you’ll see No consent: reach them through the organizer.

Use contact details for this session only, like sending pre-game material or a change of meeting point.
