Join a session

A session is one game at the event, with a game master, a time and a set number of seats. Signing up takes one of those seats.

You need:

  • A ticket for the event. See Get your ticket.
  • A ticket for that day, if you hold a day ticket. A Saturday ticket can’t take a seat on Sunday.
  • Enrollment to be open. The organizer decides when. See When you can sign up.
  1. Open the event’s schedule and select a session.
  2. Select Enroll in this session.
  3. You have a seat. It shows under Sessions on your dashboard.

You can’t hold seats in two sessions that overlap. Cancel one first.

When a session shows Table full, select Join the waitlist. When a seat frees up, the longest-waiting player gets it automatically, and we email them.

You might be passed over for a free seat if you have no ticket for that day, or if you’re already enrolled in another session at the same time. You keep your place in line.

  1. Open the session from Sessions on your dashboard.
  2. Select Cancel Enrollment.

Cancel any time before the session starts. Your seat goes to the next person on the waitlist, so please cancel as soon as you know you can’t make it.

The organizer opens enrollment in steps. The session page tells you where things stand:
