Set up your profile

Organizers and game masters see your name on their session rosters. A complete profile helps them recognize you and plan a good table.

Edit your profile

Select your avatar in the top bar, then Profile.
Select Edit Profile.
Fill in what you’re happy to share:
- Profile picture — an image up to 2 MB.
- Full name — required. Use the name you’ll give at the door.
- Username — optional, a shorter handle.
- Bio — a line or two about you and how you like to play.
Under RPG preferences, tick your favorite systems and preferred game types, and pick your experience level.
Use Additional preferences for anything else a game master should know: restrictions, accessibility needs, special requirements.
Select Save Changes.

You can’t change your email address here. Contact us if you need to.

Select your avatar in the top bar, then Preferences.
Under Platform communications, tick or untick emails from TTRPG.Events.
Under Group preferences, choose for each group you belong to whether it may contact you.
Select Save for each section you change.

Emails about your own tickets and sessions — a confirmation, a waitlist seat that opened up, a cancelled session — always reach you.

In Preferences, find the group under Group preferences and select Leave Group.
