Call for sessions vs curated programme
Open a call
Section titled “Open a call”Invite game masters to propose sessions. They fill in a form, and you accept, reject or ask for changes. An accepted proposal becomes a draft session with the game master as its host.
Choose a call when you want many games and don’t know yet who will run them.
Curate
Section titled “Curate”Create sessions yourself and pick each host.
Choose this when you already know your game masters, or for panels and workshops you run yourself.
Mix both
Section titled “Mix both”Most events do both: a call for the bulk of the games, plus sessions you create for headliners, workshops and panels. Nothing needs to be set up to combine them.
