Manage your session
Your sessions are under Hosting on your dashboard, split into Upcoming sessions and Past sessions. Select Manage to open one.
What you can change
Section titled “What you can change”You own the game details. Update them any time before the session runs:
- Open the session and select Edit Additional Session Details.
- Change what you need:
- Game system, genre and experience level.
- Cover image — 16:9, about 1200 px wide, JPG or PNG up to 2 MB.
- Content warnings and materials needed.
- Additional Information — the full write-up players read on the session page.
- Select Save Details.
What the organizer controls
Section titled “What the organizer controls”The title, the short description, the time, the table and the number of seats belong to the organizer. You see them on the session page but can’t edit them. Ask the organizer if something needs to change.
Your session also stays a Draft, hidden from players, until the organizer publishes it.
Before you’re published
Section titled “Before you’re published”- Get a ticket that admits you on your session’s day. Organizers can’t publish a session whose game master has no ticket for it.
- Check your schedule. You can’t host two sessions at the same time at one event.
Once it’s published, use the Public URL on the session page to share it with your players.
Playing as well
Section titled “Playing as well”You can’t enroll in your own session, but you can sign up for other sessions as a player. If the event opens enrollment to hosts first, you get to pick before everyone else. See Join a session.
