Start from a slot
- Click an empty cell. The Place a session dialog shows how long the slot is free.
- Set Ends at, or pick a quick length like +2h or until 18:00 (free).
- Each unscheduled session says Fits here. or why it doesn’t. Select Place on the one you want.
Start from a session
- In the Sessions list, select Find a slot on an unscheduled session.
- Click where it should start. Highlighted slots are free for both the host and the table.

To move a placed session, click it, change Day, Starts at, Ends at or Resource, and select Save. Unschedule takes it off the grid and frees its table.
What the builder refuses
Section titled “What the builder refuses”You see the reason straight away. The common ones:
- Overlap: the table is taken, counting its turnaround gap.
- Resource not available: outside the table’s available hours that day.
- Host clash: the host is already running another session at that time. Back to back is fine.
- Outside the event day: the session runs past the day’s hours.
Publish from the grid
Section titled “Publish from the grid”Click a session and switch its status to Published. See Publish sessions for when that’s refused.
Long events
Section titled “Long events”On events of more than a week, the day tabs show only the days that have sessions, and the builder opens on the first of them. Use Go to to jump to any date.
