Tickets for people without an account
Bringing your child, or a friend who’d rather not sign up? You can hold their ticket and act for them. They still count as their own person: they get their own ticket, their own seats and their own check-in.
This only works with ticket types the organizer has opened up for it. If you can’t assign a ticket, ask the organizer.
Assign a ticket to them
Section titled “Assign a ticket to them”- Get a ticket of the right type. See Get your ticket.
- Open the ticket from Tickets on your dashboard and select Assign.
- Choose Someone without an account, enter their name, and select Assign ticket.
Next time, pick them from the list instead of adding them again. To change who a ticket is for, select Re-assign.
Sign them up for sessions
Section titled “Sign them up for sessions”- Open the session from your dashboard.
- Under People you manage, sign them up next to their name.
Each person signs up on their own ticket, so the usual rules apply to them: a ticket for that day, no overlapping sessions, and the daily pick limit. You don’t need a ticket yourself.
Emails about them
Section titled “Emails about them”Every email about them comes to you, and names who it’s about.
At the door, show their ticket’s QR code. They’re checked in on their own ticket.
