Sell tickets

A ticket admits its holder to the event. Without one, nobody can sign up for sessions, and game masters can’t be published.

An event can mix free and paid ticket types. Paid tickets need Stripe.

1. Create your ticket types.
2. Decide on day tickets and an event capacity.
3. Optionally, allow tickets for people without an account.
4. Test, then open checkout.
5. Issue tickets by hand for guests and payments taken elsewhere.
6. Manage sold tickets: look up, cancel, check in.

Note

Ticket sales open when the event’s status is Active. While it’s a Draft, only your team can run test checkouts. See Event status.
