Daily pick limit

The daily pick limit is how many sessions one participant can hold on one event day. It applies only while the phase is Limited.

Set it

1. Open the event and select Edit event.
2. Under Enrollment Details, enter the Daily Pick Limit: 1 or more.
3. Set Enrollment Phase to Limited.
4. Select Update Event.

The limit is kept when you switch phases, so you don’t have to type it again.

How it counts

• Waitlist places count. Joining a waitlist uses a pick.
• Cancelling frees a pick at once, so participants can swap.
• It’s checked when someone signs up. Nothing is taken away later.

Changing it

• Raising or removing it lets people take more seats. Nothing else changes.
• Lowering it stops new sign-ups for anyone now over it. They keep what they hold until they cancel down.

Participants see their picks left on each session page: “2 picks left”, or “No picks left” with a prompt to cancel one.

Your team isn’t exempt. Neither are managed participants: each person has their own limit.
