Ask for an organization

You can’t create an organization yourself yet. The TTRPG.Events team sets each one up by hand.

1. Create your account first. You’ll be the organization’s owner.
2. Write to us through the contact form. Include:
   • your organization’s name,
   • the web address you’d like (ttrpg.events/your-name),
   • the email of your account,
   • whether people should be able to find you in the groups list, or only reach you by link.

We create the organization and make you its owner. The web address and visibility are fixed at setup. To change them later, contact us again.

Make it yours

1. In your dashboard sidebar, under My Organizations, open Settings.
2. Under Profile, fill in:
   • Organization Name — required.
   • Short Description — a tagline of about 120 characters. It shows under your name, on group cards and in social previews.
   • Full Description — shown in the About section of your organization page.
   • Logo — JPG or PNG, up to 250 KB.
   • Discord Invite URL — optional. See Community, members and consent.
3. Select Save Changes.

Only owners and admins can save settings.

Check the result on your public page: ttrpg.events/your-name.
