The event page
Section titled “The event page”ttrpg.events/your-org/your-event
- Your cover image, dates, venue, description and details.
- A registration card: the ticket button, or Sold out, or Registrations not yet open.
- Open calls for sessions, under Calling GMs and Session Hosts!
- Your terms and refund policy.
The schedule
Section titled “The schedule”Every published session, day by day, searchable and filterable. Drafts never show. Drop-in sessions show Drop-in · no signup.
Session pages
Section titled “Session pages”One per session: the description, the full Additional Information, the host, the time and table, and a card to sign up or join the waitlist.
Link previews
Section titled “Link previews”When someone shares a link on social media or in a chat:
- Event links show your event’s cover image and its Description.
- Session links show the session’s cover image. Without one, they fall back to the event’s Default Session Image, then the event cover.
Without any image, a preview card is generated for you. Write a good Description: it’s the text people see.
Your organization page
Section titled “Your organization page”ttrpg.events/your-org lists your upcoming and past events. Cancelled and draft events don’t appear.
