Edit or withdraw a proposal

Find your proposals under Hosting on your dashboard. Select one to open it.

Edit a proposal

You can edit a proposal while it’s Pending Review or Revision Requested, even after the call has closed.

1. Open the proposal.
2. Change what you need.
3. Select Update Proposal.

Once a proposal is Accepted, Rejected or Withdrawn, you can only view it.

Answer a revision request

When the organizer asks for changes, the proposal shows Revision Requested and you get an email. Their feedback sits at the top of the proposal.

1. Open the proposal and read the feedback.
2. Make the changes.
3. In the reply box, explain what you changed, or ask a question. The organizer sees it in the revision history.
4. Select Resubmit Proposal.

It goes back to Pending Review.

Withdraw a proposal

Changed your mind?

1. Open the proposal.
2. Select Withdraw Proposal and confirm.

Withdrawing is final. To run the game after all, send a new proposal while the call is open.

You can’t withdraw a proposal while a revision is requested. Reply to the organizer instead.
