Events are hosted by groups on our platform. You can find the groups on the groups page of the website. Once you find the group you're interested in, you can browse their events, then click "Register for Event" to acquire tickets. You must have an account in order to purchase a ticket or get a free ticket. With a ticket for an event, you will be able to see the event's schedule once it's published and enroll in the different activities.

Once you have a ticket for an event, you can browse available sessions from your dashboard or the event page. Enrollment is first-come-first-served: select the sessions you're interested in and enroll. If a session is already full, you join its waitlist. You'll see your enrollment status (enrolled, waitlisted) in your dashboard.

It's important to note that you cannot enroll in two sessions if the times overlap. You will need to cancel your enrollment in the conflicting session first.

The waitlist is a system that allows you to enroll in a session even if it's full. If the someone cancels their enrollment, the next person on the waitlist will be enrolled. The promotion from the waitlist is done automatically and you will be notified via email.

However, if you have a conflict with another session at the moment a spot becomes available, you will not be promoted automatically. If there's a next person on the waitlist, they will be promoted instead. You will need to cancel your enrollment in the conflicting session first, in order to be promoted to a spot.

Yes, tickets can be transferred. Go to your ticket details and select the transfer option. Enter the recipient's email address. If they already have an account, the transfer completes immediately. If not, they'll receive an invitation to register and claim the ticket.

If you want to host events on TTRPG.events, please contact us. We will create a group for you and you will be able to create events, sell tickets, and manage your event.

Discord integration is coming soon to allow Groups and Organizations to link their Discord servers and create channels for their events.

Once assigned as a session host, you can access your session from the dashboard. You can view enrolled participants with their contact information and RPG preferences. You can edit session details like game system, difficulty, content warnings, and materials needed. Some session infomation, such as Title and Description, are editable only by the event organizer.

Present your digital ticket (with QR code) or ticket ID to event staff at the registration desk. They will verify your ticket and check you in through the platform. You will be able to check in at the event by scanning the QR code on your ticket.
