By accessing and using TTRPG.Events, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Account Responsibilities

- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users

- Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

- Use automated tools to access the service without permission
Event Participation
Events are promoted by users of the platform and are the responsibility of these individuals or groups.
TTRPG Events is not responsible for the content or actions of event organizers or participants, as well as any part of the events that is not directly related to the platform.
When participating in events through our platform:
- Follow the rules and guidelines set by event organizers
- Treat other participants with respect
- Honor your session enrollments or cancel in a timely manner
- Comply with venue policies and local laws
Ticket Purchases and Refunds
Ticket purchases are processed through Stripe. Refund policies are determined by individual event organizers. Please review the refund policy for each event before purchasing.
Content Guidelines
Users may submit content such as profile information and session descriptions. You agree that any content you submit:
- Does not infringe on any third-party rights
- Is not defamatory, obscene, or offensive
- Does not contain malicious code or spam
Intellectual Property
The TTRPG.Events platform, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
