Escape from Dino Island! (PbTA)

Jurassic Park in TTRPG form!

In this game the players take on the role of a group that has been drawn to a mysterious island, only to find that dinosaurs have returned, that humanity has lost its place in the food chain, and that the way off the island has been blocked! The game begins with the players and GM collectively answering questions to set the stage of the scenario. From there, the players must avoid being eaten and overcome two obstacles to escape the island; Something is blocking their escape and there is a mystery that must be solved.

This is a Powered by the Apocalypse (PBTA) system that uses two six-sided die, plus the relevant modifier, for all rolls. Each player will take on a "Playbook" for the archetype of their character, such as "The Soldier", "The Paleontologist", or "The Kid" which gives them special abilities unique to their character. The game is beginner friendly, expects the GM and players to share narrative control, and it will have a "pulp action adventure" mood similar to the Jurassic Park movies.
