Shadowdark: The Scarlet Minotaur

Long ago, a mighty enclave of warriors lived inside the Lost Citadel. They worshipped bulls in ever-bloodier, cultish rituals that culminated in their leader, Minoros, transforming into the Scarlet Minotaur. This immortal avatar of rage slaughtered the warriors in a single night of mayhem. However, some of their servants escaped through the unseen halls used by the lowly. These beastmen hid in the fallen citadel, trapped by superstitious fear of the outside.

I this adventure, you will play a party of adventurer's who came to the Lost Citadel searching for powerful magic items to help them defeat an evil that has been threatening your home town. Although you are not veteran adventurers by any means, this scrappy group of people decided to stand up and fight back.

The Lost Citadel is a sprawling dungeon with multiple factions and a final challenging boss, as well as puzzles and secrets to be uncovered. Every time a group goes through the citadel, different situations and outcomes can be achieved, thanks to the clever design of this now iconic adventure, created by Kelsey Dione, the designer of Shadowdark.

If you play at this table, you will be joining the ranks of thousands of Shadowdark fans who have faced the Scarlet Minotaur and survived - or not! - to tell the tales.
