The Berlin International RPG Convention is an inclusive event, with a zero tolerance towards bullying, racism, and other violent, hateful, or ignorant behaviour. See the event’s full Code of Conduct on our website. If you experience any behaviour in breach of this code of conduct, please contact one of the organisers at the event or via one of our contact channels.

Communication

By purchasing a ticket you agree that we can email you with relevant news and updates about the event.

Sales

You need a ticket to attend Bircon 2026. Our payment platform (Stripe) offers various payment options.

Transferable

Tickets are transferable via the platform.

Participation in Game Sessions

General Admission and Day Pass tickets give access to the game sessions of the day the ticket is valid for. Other tickets may have restrictions, please see the description of each ticket on sale.

Game participation is contingent on availability of seats. Enrollment in games happens via this platform and opens to ticket holders before the convention (dates are announced by the organizers).

Assignment of seats during the enrollment period is done via first-come, first-served system, with waitlists available for all sessions. Attendees may not place themselves in two concurrent sessions.

There are no restrictions for joining waitlists and promotions from waitlists happen automatically as seats become available. The promotion from a waitlist position to a seat at a session is contingent on the attendee not being enrolled in another session with conflicting scheduled times, as well as holding a valid ticket for the day of the session.

The schedule is subject to changes depending on host availability, logistical, technical and personnel issues, and other external factors.

Photography

We will be taking photographs at the event for our website and possibly future marketing. If you wish not to be photographed, please contact the organisers.

You are entitled to a full refund up until 25 September 2026, 15 days before the event. After this date, no refunds are available.
