The Saprophytic Plague - Xanthorias madness (Lvl. 16 adventure)

The plague not only targets beasts and humanoids but also destroys crops and stored foodstuffs, causing famine and sickness on an epic scale. Religious and civil authorities are unable to stem the tide of the saprophytic plague, and even higher magic can't undo the contagion, given how widespread it has become.

You all are well known heroes of the realm - probably the greatest at the time - and have been summoned to the candlekeep by the highest authorities to be send out to deal with the source of that horrible malady.

This game is original content from D&D 5e from the anthology „Candlekeep Mysteries“ condensed to a one shot and will be centered around epic strategic combat. Players will go on a classic dungeon crawl and will have the chance to fight iconic D&D monsters in a slightly different dress;-)

Difficulty will be medium to high and the chances of death will be real! The game is recommend for more experienced players who want to have the chance to try out any character concept on a higher level.

Once the players are enrolled I will provide more information regarding the game to give everyone the chance to make fitting characters.
