Call for Game Masters (late submissions)

With the initial convention schedule published, we're accepting late submissions for games at BIRCON 2026! These submissions will be accepted and placed in the available schedule slots as they arrive, depending on the availability of tables.

Key Facts

Games sessions run for 3,5h. We have 5 times slots in the schedule:

• Saturday morning at 10:00h;
• Saturday afternoon at 14:00h;
• Saturday evening at 18:00h;
• Sunday morning at 11:00h;
• Sunday afternoon at 15:00h;

As we have a limited number of tables and slots in our schedule, we would prefer game sessions to accommodate up to 5 players, in order do give everyone more chances to get a seat at a game they like.

Your application does not guarantee a slot on the schedule. We will work with you an try our best to accommodate your needs and find a space for your game.

NOTE: GMs are required to purchase a ticket to attend the convention, but will receive rewards as outlined on the Games page of BIRCON's website.

All game sessions are subject to the event's Code of Conduct.
